This table is a one-page Word document that summarizes the questions of the MISpheroID survey. This way you can document your spheroid experiments in the lab without the need of your laptop or tablet.

When you submit an unpublished (i.e. prepublication) spheroid experiment, you will receive a MISpheroID string containing essential information of your spheroid, which you can implement in your prepublished article (e.g. in the Material & Methods section). You will also receive a unique identifier for your submission, navigating editors and reviewers to your spheroids and the detailed experimental information.

How many types of spheroids did you make?

All spheroids acquired with identical:

cell type(s) embedded in the spheroids;
Cell seeding number (e.g. 2000 cells per well / hanging drop);
culture medium in which the spheroids are formed;
spheroid formation method (e.g. liquid overlay, hanging drop…);

are considered one spheroid type.
If one of the abovementioned parameters differs between spheroids, insert multiple spheroid types.
